UPDATE: No Longer available @ stud. He's been castrated on 6/1/10 and doing well. We'll just keep em around as farm mascot and enjoy him as a friendly loving pet.

This lil guy is just too cute for words

Stands 24in tall and is about as round as he is tall

He was a rescue from an exotic animal auction where circus /carnival people, back yard exotic animal breeders etc.. go to buy there camels, zebras etc...

He was there and everyone was laughing at him, poking & making fun of him, throwing stuff at him, etc.... This just really really pissed me off. I absolutely HATE mean people. I hate bullies too. And there was no way in hell I was going to leave this little guy there.

Despite the poor enviorment at the time, he was just so kind friendly and loving, but I could also see this lifestyle and shady enviorment was indeed taking it's toll on him. This guy deserved better then the card dealt to him.

We made sure we took this guy home. We stayed to the very end of the auction sale, bid on him and payed the money gladly. We took em him, brought him up to speed with all routine maintance such as vaccines, feet, teeth, etc..... so a 500.00 horse has become a 1,000.00 very quickly. My vet don't work for free and neither does my farrier. Mr Winkey here has been just a gem about everything.

Registerd as a dunn/dorsal stripe, w/mixed mane and tail

He looks like he's got app in him due to the mottling around the eyes and muzzle but looks to me to be either dapple grey, blue roan or some sort of blue breeze appy. and he's now a very Happy Appy.

He's as cute as can be and although we laugh too, we laugh with him. Not at him.

He keeps right up there in line with the rest of his new found merry little band of bachlour friends and belive or not is the leader in the social dynamics of the herd structure.

But one of the funniest things of all that he does, is come his chow chow time, I do my silly little pony call and this lil guy comes barreling out of the pasture out of what seems to be nowhere and makes the grunting squealing sound like some sort of hybrid-pig pony. I have never in my life, out of the 30+yrs around horses ever seen or heard anything quite like this. Flippen hilarious.
